RMM’s leadership includes committees that direct specific operational or programmatic efforts. We are currently seeking individuals to join some of our committees, including:
- Communications: If you have experience in social media campaigns, marketing, broadcast media, filmmaking, or journalism, and would like to use your knowledge and skillset to support RMM, please let us know.
- Arts Administration: The arts are central to RMM’s youth empowerment programs. We are seeking individuals with professional experience in arts administration to help us strengthen this aspect of our programming.
- Human Resources: We are seeking individuals with experience in human resources, especially with nonprofit organizations, to join our personnel committee.
- Finance: We welcome those with experience in nonprofit finance to consider joining our finance committee.
